Description

Rosche Double Strength Anti-Bacterial Cleaning Wipes – 90 Sheets, 300 × 500 mm

Product Description

Rosche Double Strength Anti-Bacterial Cleaning Wipes are premium heavy-duty, non-woven cleaning cloths designed for commercial kitchens, food-service environments, workshops, healthcare facilities, offices and general commercial cleaning. Each roll contains 90 generously sized perforated sheets measuring 300 × 500 mm, providing approximately 45 metres of cleaning material per roll.

The large sheet size provides substantial surface coverage and makes the wipes suitable for cleaning benches, counters, tables, equipment, appliances, machinery and other compatible surfaces. Their durable construction allows each wipe to handle more demanding cleaning work than a light disposable surface wipe.

These wipes are supplied dry and should be used with water or an appropriate cleaning, sanitising or degreasing product selected for the surface and workplace. They are not pre-moistened wet wipes and do not contain enough cleaning liquid to be used directly from the roll without an appropriate cleaning solution.

The double-strength construction is designed to provide improved durability and absorbency for demanding commercial use. The term “double strength” is a Rosche product designation describing the premium wipe range. It should not be interpreted as meaning that the wipe delivers twice the disinfection performance of another product.

The antibacterial properties help inhibit bacterial growth within the wipe material, particularly where a damp cloth remains in use during a cleaning session. This can help reduce unpleasant odours and the uncontrolled growth of bacteria within a repeatedly used cleaning cloth.

The antibacterial treatment does not automatically disinfect the surface being cleaned. Where surface disinfection or sanitisation is required, the wipe must be used with an approved cleaning or disinfecting chemical at the correct concentration and contact time.

Rosche Double Strength Anti-Bacterial Cleaning Wipes are available in blue, red, green, yellow and brown. The colour-coded range allows businesses to allocate different colours to specific cleaning areas, tasks or contamination zones.

A workplace may, for example, allocate one colour to food-preparation benches, another to bathrooms, another to general dining areas and another to workshop cleaning. The exact colour assignments should follow the organisation’s documented cleaning and hygiene program.

Available Colour Options

Blue – Product Code 6800

Blue wipes may be allocated to general-purpose cleaning, low-risk areas, office spaces, dining areas or another designated cleaning zone.

Red – Product Code 6801

Red wipes are commonly assigned to bathrooms, toilets, washrooms or higher-contamination areas. Each workplace should follow its own colour-coding procedure.

Green – Product Code 6802

Green wipes may be allocated to kitchen, food-preparation or other designated areas where permitted by the site’s cleaning plan.

Yellow – Product Code 6803

Yellow wipes may be used for sinks, washbasins, general sanitary surfaces or another intermediate-risk cleaning zone.

Brown – Product Code 6804

Brown wipes may be allocated to cafes, coffee stations, dining areas, workshop applications or another clearly defined cleaning category.

These colour examples are common industry practices rather than mandatory rules. Customers should follow their workplace hygiene plan and avoid changing colour assignments without informing cleaning staff.

Key Features and Benefits

Heavy-Duty Double-Strength Construction

Rosche Premium Wipes are designed for more demanding cleaning tasks than light disposable wipes. Their double-strength construction helps resist premature tearing when wiping large surfaces, textured equipment or stubborn contamination.

The durable material supports firm wiping pressure and may allow the cloth to be rinsed and reused during an appropriate cleaning task.

A wipe should be discarded if it becomes torn, heavily contaminated, permanently stained or unable to be rinsed effectively.

Large 300 × 500 mm Sheets

Each wipe measures 300 × 500 mm, providing a large cleaning area that can be folded into multiple working faces.

Folding the wipe allows the operator to expose a clean section as each side becomes soiled. This can improve cleaning efficiency and reduce the number of wipes required for suitable tasks.

The large size is useful for benches, tables, kitchen equipment, machinery panels and other broad surfaces.

Ninety Sheets per Roll

Each roll contains 90 perforated sheets. The perforations allow individual wipes to be separated without scissors or cutting tools.

At 500 mm per sheet, the complete roll provides approximately 45 metres of wiping material.

The roll format is convenient for cleaning stations, commercial kitchens and workshops where wipes must remain readily accessible.

Antibacterial Treatment Within the Wipe

The antibacterial treatment helps control bacterial growth within the wipe material. This is particularly helpful when a damp cloth is repeatedly used during a cleaning session.

Controlling bacterial growth within the cloth can assist with hygiene and reduce unpleasant odours associated with damp, poorly maintained cleaning materials.

This property does not replace the need to wash, rinse, sanitise and replace wipes correctly. It also does not make the dry wipe a standalone disinfectant.

Colour-Coded Hygiene Control

The five available colours allow cleaning tasks to be separated visually. Colour coding can help prevent a cloth used in a bathroom or workshop from being taken into a kitchen or food-service area.

A documented colour system is most effective when all employees understand it. Cleaning stations, chemical bottles and storage areas may also be labelled to match the assigned wipe colour.

Colour coding reduces risk but does not remove the need for correct cleaning procedures, staff training and disposal practices.

Suitable for Use with Cleaning Chemicals

The dry wipes may be used with an appropriate detergent, sanitiser, disinfectant, spray-and-wipe product or degreaser.

Always follow the chemical manufacturer’s dilution, application, personal-protection and contact-time instructions.

Do not mix cleaning chemicals. Combining bleach, acids, ammonia or other products can generate dangerous fumes or reactions.

Strong Absorption for Spills and General Cleaning

The non-woven material helps collect water, cleaning solution and light spills from compatible surfaces.

For large spills, hazardous chemicals, fuels or unknown liquids, follow the workplace spill-response procedure and use suitable absorbent equipment.

These wipes should not be used as the primary containment material for a significant hazardous spill.

Rinseable During Appropriate Tasks

Where workplace procedures permit, a wipe may be rinsed and reused during the same cleaning task or within the same allocated cleaning zone.

Reusable service should be limited. A dirty wipe can spread contamination instead of removing it.

Do not rinse a wipe used with hazardous chemicals into a normal sink or drain. Disposal must reflect the substance collected by the wipe.

Suitable for Food-Service Environments

The wipes are practical for cleaning commercial kitchens, cafes and food-service areas when used with an appropriate food-area cleaning or sanitising chemical.

Food residues should first be removed. Apply the selected cleaning product according to its instructions and complete any required potable-water rinse before food preparation resumes.

The wipe itself should not be represented as food-contact approved or as a complete sanitising system without the appropriate cleaning chemical and procedure.

Practical for Workshop Cleaning

The durable construction and large sheet size make the wipes useful for workshop benches, tools, machinery panels and light oil or grease removal.

A suitable degreasing product may be required for heavier contamination. Confirm that the selected chemical is compatible with both the wipe and the equipment.

Wipes contaminated with oils, fuels, solvents, paints or hazardous substances may require disposal under workplace waste procedures.

Cleaning and Hygiene Guidance

Use a fresh wipe when moving between different hygiene zones. Do not use the same wipe in a bathroom and then in a kitchen, office or food-preparation area.

Fold the wipe to create several clean working faces. Turn or refold it as each face becomes dirty.

Where disinfection is required, pre-clean visible soil before applying the disinfectant. Ensure that the surface remains wet for the contact time stated on the chemical label.

Allow the surface to air dry unless the chemical manufacturer specifies rinsing or another finishing procedure.

Rinse reusable wipes thoroughly during the task and allow them to dry between uses. Do not leave damp wipes bundled together in a bucket or enclosed space.

Discard wipes that develop persistent odour, heavy staining, visible damage or excessive contamination.

Handling & Storage Advice

Store Rosche Double Strength Anti-Bacterial Cleaning Wipes in their original packaging in a clean, cool and dry location.

Protect the rolls from water, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, heat, ignition sources, chemicals and physical damage.

Keep unused rolls wrapped or covered until required. Open rolls can collect dust, dirt, oil and airborne contamination.

Store different colours separately or in clearly labelled locations so employees can follow the workplace colour-coding system.

Keep clean wipes away from used cloths, waste bins, dirty equipment and chemical-storage areas.

When using the wipes with a cleaning chemical, follow the current product label and Safety Data Sheet for that chemical.

Wear gloves, eye protection or protective clothing where required by the cleaning chemical or workplace risk assessment.

Do not assume the wipe provides protection against chemical exposure. Cleaning chemicals can pass through a wet cloth and contact the skin.

Avoid contact with sharp metal edges, rotating equipment, exposed blades and hot surfaces.

Never use a loose wipe near operating shafts, chucks, belts, gears, rollers or other moving machinery. Shut down and isolate equipment before wiping where entanglement could occur.

Do not leave oil- or solvent-contaminated wipes near heat, sparks or ignition sources. Place contaminated wipes in an appropriate closed waste container.

Wipes used with food-area cleaning chemicals should be kept separate from wipes used in bathrooms, workshops or waste areas.

Used wipes must not be flushed down toilets or placed into sinks and drains.

Dispose of each wipe according to the contamination it has collected. A wipe used only with water and general detergent may be suitable for general waste, while a wipe contaminated with hazardous chemicals may require controlled disposal.

Directions for Use

Remove one sheet from the roll at the perforation.

Select a cleaning chemical suitable for the surface and task. Follow the chemical manufacturer’s dilution and application instructions.

Apply the chemical to the wipe or surface as directed. Do not mix incompatible products.

Fold the wipe to provide several usable cleaning faces.

Wipe the surface thoroughly, working from the cleaner area toward the more contaminated area.

Refold the cloth to expose a clean face as required.

For heavily soiled surfaces, remove visible contamination first and use a fresh wipe for the final cleaning or sanitising stage.

Where disinfectant is used, keep the surface wet for the complete labelled contact time.

Rinse the surface with potable water where required for food-contact equipment or by the chemical manufacturer.

Dispose of the wipe when it becomes excessively soiled, damaged or unsuitable for further use.

Do not take a used wipe from one designated colour zone into another cleaning zone.

Wash hands after completing the cleaning task and after removing protective gloves.
