Description
Rosche VISPER RS80 Reusable Multi-Purpose Towels – 150 Sheets, 315 × 425 mm
Product Description
Rosche VISPER RS80 Reusable Multi-Purpose Towels are heavy-duty commercial cleaning wipes designed for demanding wiping, surface preparation and maintenance applications. Combining high absorbency, strong wet durability and low-lint performance, these versatile white towels provide a practical alternative to ordinary paper towels, disposable rags and inconsistent recycled cloth.
Each dispenser box contains 150 generously sized towels measuring 315 × 425 mm. The large wiping area makes each sheet suitable for cleaning machinery, workshop equipment, tools, benches, automotive components and other surfaces affected by oil, grease, moisture and medium-to-heavy dirt.
The RS80 is the most durable and absorbent category within the Rosche VISPER multi-purpose towel selection. It is intended for jobs requiring greater strength than a light-duty paper wipe, particularly where the towel may need to be folded, refolded and used for several wiping passes during the same task.
Reusable in this context means that a towel may be used repeatedly during an appropriate cleaning operation while it remains intact, sufficiently clean and safe to handle. It does not mean that the towel is intended for indefinite laundering or reuse between incompatible work areas. A used towel should be replaced whenever it becomes saturated, damaged, contaminated or unsuitable for the next surface.
The low-lint construction supports surface preparation and component cleaning where excessive loose fibres may interfere with the finished result. This makes VISPER RS80 suitable for many workshop, manufacturing, automotive and maintenance environments. The towel may also be used to apply compatible cleaning agents or solvents where permitted by the chemical manufacturer and workplace procedure.
Rosche VISPER RS80 towels are supplied dry and contain no cleaning chemical, sanitiser or disinfectant. They can be used dry for collecting dust and loose contamination, dampened with water for general cleaning, or combined with a compatible workplace chemical for more demanding tasks.
The selected chemical determines the cleaning or disinfecting performance of the completed process. The towel itself must not be represented as a disinfectant, antibacterial wipe or sanitising product. When disinfection is required, use an approved chemical at the specified concentration and maintain the full surface contact time stated on its label.
The dispenser-box format supports convenient single-sheet access and helps reduce unnecessary consumption. Workers can remove the number of towels required without exposing the remaining supply to the level of workshop contamination associated with an open pile of rags.

HACCP certification supports the product’s use within appropriately controlled food-handling and food-production cleaning programs. It does not replace the site’s HACCP plan, chemical controls, hygiene procedures or requirements for segregating wipes between different cleaning zones.
FSC certification relates to responsible sourcing within the forest-based supply chain. It should not automatically be interpreted as proof that a used towel is recyclable, compostable or suitable for disposal through organic-waste systems. Oil, grease, solvent, paint, chemical and biological contamination can determine the required disposal method.

Always test the towel and selected cleaning chemical on an inconspicuous area before cleaning sensitive, polished, coated or painted surfaces. Suitability can be affected by the surface finish, chemical concentration, contact time, wiping pressure and existing contamination.
Do not use one towel across raw-food, prepared-food, washroom, workshop and general-cleaning zones. Separate towels and cleaning equipment according to the workplace’s hygiene and cross-contamination controls.
Key Features and Benefits
Heavy-Duty RS80 Construction
The RS80 grade is designed for demanding cleaning where an ordinary paper towel may tear, collapse or become saturated too quickly. Its durable construction supports firm wiping across machinery, tools, components and robust work surfaces.
Greater durability can reduce the number of towels required for a difficult job. The user can fold and refold the sheet to expose additional working faces before disposal, provided this does not create a contamination risk.
High Absorbency
VISPER RS80 towels provide strong absorption for water, oil, cleaning liquids and compatible workplace fluids. Rapid collection of liquid can make spill control and routine maintenance more efficient.
Absorbency depends on the liquid’s viscosity and surface behaviour. Thick grease, adhesive, paint and heavy deposits may need to be loosened with a scraper or compatible cleaning agent before wiping.
Suitable for Medium-to-Heavy Soiling
The RS80 range is intended for more demanding contamination than ordinary light-duty cleaning wipes. It can be used on oil, grease, workshop grime, metal residue and other medium-to-heavy soils encountered during industrial and mechanical maintenance.
Replace the towel once it can no longer collect contamination effectively. Continuing to use an overloaded towel may spread oil, dirt or abrasive particles across the surface.
Low-Lint Surface Preparation
Loose fibres can interfere with painting, coating, sealing, bonding, inspection and precision assembly. The RS80’s low-lint performance makes it useful for surface-preparation tasks where reducing residual fibres is important.
Low-lint does not mean completely lint-free under every condition. Abrasive surfaces, sharp edges, aggressive rubbing and incompatible chemicals can damage the towel and increase fibre release. Critical-process suitability should be confirmed through a workplace trial.
Reusable During the Cleaning Task
A single towel can be folded into multiple working faces and reused while it remains clean enough for the task. This can reduce waste compared with fragile paper products that require replacement after one brief wipe.
Reuse must remain controlled. Do not carry a contaminated towel from one work area to another, and do not reuse a towel after contact with hazardous chemicals, biological material, raw food contamination or an unknown substance.
Large 315 × 425 mm Sheet
Each sheet offers a substantial working area for cleaning equipment, wiping large surfaces and handling significant contamination. The towel can be used open for broad surfaces or folded into a smaller pad for controlled component cleaning.
The larger format also provides a practical barrier between the user’s hand and the work surface. Suitable protective gloves must still be worn when handling oils, solvents, chemicals or contaminated equipment.
Convenient Single-Sheet Dispensing
The dispenser box protects unused towels and allows individual sheets to be removed as needed. Controlled dispensing can reduce overuse and helps keep the remaining supply organised.
For best results, store the box close to the work area but away from liquid splash, grinding dust, metal swarf and chemical overspray.
Suitable for Compatible Cleaning Chemicals
VISPER RS80 towels can be combined with compatible detergents, degreasers and solvents for specialised cleaning. Apply only the quantity required and follow the chemical manufacturer’s dilution, ventilation, protective-equipment and disposal instructions.
Do not assume that the towel makes a hazardous chemical safer. The Safety Data Sheet for the selected chemical remains the primary source of handling information.
Consistent Alternative to Mixed Workshop Rags
Recycled textile rags may vary in size, material, absorbency and cleanliness. Buttons, zips, seams or embedded grit can also create scratching and contamination risks.
Rosche VISPER RS80 provides a consistent sheet size and wiping format, helping workshops standardise consumable use and maintain cleaner storage practices.
Directions for Use
Remove one towel from the dispenser box using clean, dry hands or suitable protective gloves.
For dry wiping, fold the towel into a manageable pad and wipe the surface using controlled, overlapping strokes. Refold the towel as contamination accumulates so that a clean working face is regularly presented to the surface.
For water-based cleaning, dampen the towel with clean water or a correctly diluted compatible detergent. Avoid unnecessarily saturating the sheet, as excess liquid may run into electrical components, bearings, controls or other sensitive areas.
For oil and grease removal, collect the bulk contamination first. Use additional towels or an approved degreaser where required. Do not spread oily residue from dirty areas onto cleaned components.
For solvent application, confirm that the solvent is suitable for the towel, work surface and workplace. Provide adequate ventilation, eliminate ignition sources and wear the personal protective equipment stated in the solvent’s Safety Data Sheet.
When surface disinfection is required, apply an approved disinfectant according to its label. Ensure the surface remains visibly wet for the complete specified contact time. Use a fresh towel if the first sheet becomes dirty or absorbs too much of the disinfectant solution.
Do not wipe rotating, energised or moving machinery. Shut down, isolate and secure equipment according to the workplace’s lockout procedure before cleaning.
Dispose of used towels according to the substance collected. Do not flush towels down toilets or place them in drains.

Handling & Storage Advice
Store Rosche VISPER RS80 towels in their original dispenser box in a clean, cool and dry location. Protect the package from rain, water, excessive humidity, direct sunlight and physical damage.
Keep unused towels away from oil mist, welding residue, metal swarf, grinding dust, food waste, chemicals and other contaminants. Close or cover the dispenser opening when the product will not be used for an extended period.
Store the towels separately from used rags and contaminated cleaning equipment. In food-related workplaces, keep each hygiene zone’s wiping materials clearly identified and segregated.
Wear suitable gloves, eye protection and protective clothing when using the towels with oils, solvents, degreasers or other chemicals. Consult the Safety Data Sheet for every chemical applied to the towel.
Oil-soaked and solvent-soaked wipes can present elevated fire and vapour hazards. Place contaminated towels in an approved, correctly labelled waste container with a suitable self-closing lid where required by workplace procedures.
Keep towels saturated with flammable products away from heat, sparks, flames, hot surfaces and other ignition sources. Do not leave contaminated wipes crumpled on benches, inside vehicles or near machinery.
Do not reuse a towel after it has contacted hazardous chemicals, biological contamination or unknown substances. Never use a workshop-contaminated towel for personal wiping or food-contact cleaning.
Dispose of used towels according to local regulations and the hazards of the collected material. Do not flush them into toilets or allow them to enter drains, stormwater systems or waterways.
