Handling & Storage Advice
- Dedicate the nozzle exclusively to AdBlue®, Diesel Exhaust Fluid or AUS 32 service.
- Do not use a nozzle that has previously dispensed diesel, petrol, lubricating oil, coolant, solvents or unrelated chemicals.
- Confirm that the hose, pump, fittings and storage system are also suitable for AdBlue® before installation.
- Keep the nozzle clean and protected from dust, dirt, fuel, oil and other contaminants.
- Never place the nozzle spout directly on the ground.
- Store the nozzle in a clean, dedicated holder when it is not being used.

Manual Flow Control
Flow is controlled directly by the operator through the nozzle lever. This simple operating method allows the user to regulate delivery according to the size and configuration of the receiving tank.

The operator should use a controlled flow rate appropriate for the receiving tank. Smaller tanks and narrow fill points may require a considerably lower delivery rate to prevent splashback or overfilling.
Maximum Operating Pressure of 3.4 Bar
The nozzle has a stated maximum operating pressure of 3.4 bar. The complete dispensing system must be configured so that pressure at the nozzle remains within this limit.
Pressure-relief arrangements, pump selection and installation design should follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. The nozzle must not be connected to compressed-air, pressure-washer or high-pressure pumping systems that exceed its rating.
Stainless-Steel Spout

Importance of Contamination Control

Contamination by diesel, petrol, oil, grease, coolant, dirt or unsuitable metals can affect fluid quality and potentially damage sensitive SCR components. A dedicated nozzle helps reduce this risk, but only when the complete system is correctly maintained.
The nozzle, hose, pump, meter, fittings and storage container should all be reserved for AdBlue® service. An item that appears visually clean may still contain hydrocarbon residue from previous use and should not be repurposed without manufacturer approval.

Installation Guidance
Before installation, confirm that the nozzle part number is F14761000 and that the complete dispensing system is suitable for AdBlue®.
Inspect the hose and verify its internal diameter, pressure rating and fluid compatibility. Attach the supplied hose-tail connection using an appropriate compatible clamp or fitting. Ensure the connection is secure without overtightening or damaging the nozzle inlet.
Route the hose to prevent kinks, abrasion and excessive strain. Because this model does not include an inlet swivel, additional care should be taken to prevent hose twisting during use.
Commission the nozzle at a low flow rate. Inspect the inlet, body, lever and spout for leakage before placing the system into regular service. Confirm that releasing the lever stops fluid flow completely.
If any leakage or abnormal operation is observed, stop the pump, isolate the system pressure and correct the problem before further use.
Operating Instructions
Identify the dedicated AdBlue® filler on the receiving vehicle or equipment. Never insert the nozzle into a diesel, petrol, coolant or lubricant opening.
Inspect the nozzle spout for dirt or dried deposits. Insert it securely into the DEF filler before starting the transfer pump or opening the supply valve.
Hold the nozzle firmly and operate the lever gradually. Monitor the fluid flow, receiving tank and surrounding area throughout filling. Reduce the flow rate where the filler opening is small or fluid splashback occurs.
Release the lever before the receiving tank becomes full. Shut down the connected pump or close the supply valve, then allow residual flow to stop before removing the nozzle.
Return the nozzle to its dedicated holder immediately after use. Do not leave it hanging by the hose or resting on the IBC, vehicle or workshop floor.
Maintenance and Inspection
Regularly inspect the nozzle body, operating lever, stainless-steel spout and hose connection. Look for cracking, deformation, crystallised deposits, loose fittings, corrosion or leakage.
Clean external AdBlue® residue with clean water and allow the nozzle to dry in a protected location. Do not lubricate wetted parts with conventional oils or greases unless a specific manufacturer-approved product and procedure are provided.
If the lever fails to stop the flow completely, remove the nozzle from service. Do not continue using a leaking nozzle or attempt an improvised repair.
Replacement parts and servicing should follow PIUSI instructions. Components exposed to the fluid must remain compatible with AdBlue®.
