PEAK RAZA DD is a general-purpose EP water-soluble cutting oil with excellent resistance to bacteria and corrosion. It is suitable for a wide range of machining operations like drilling, grinding, reaming, milling, sawing, and turning on a variety of metals. It forms a stable milky white emulsion and will provide excellent cooling, lubricating, and corrosion protection.
PEAK RAZA DD is formulated using a non-silicone, non-ionic, foam control additive. The absence of silicone eliminates the possibility of ‘fish eyeing’ in subsequent processes such as painting, anodizing, and powder coating.
Note: PEAK RAZA DD has a 12 month shelf life from date of manufacture.
