FUCHS RENOLIT HDCE 2 is a heavy-duty NLGI 1.5 extreme pressure (EP) grease designed for mining equipment, earthmoving machinery, construction equipment, quarrying machinery, heavy transport vehicles, agricultural machinery, forestry equipment, and industrial applications exposed to shock loads, vibration, oscillating movement, and severe operating conditions. This high-performance lithium grease is fortified with molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂) and graphite solid lubricants to provide exceptional load-carrying capacity, superior boundary lubrication, excellent wear protection, and long-lasting performance in harsh environments.
FUCHS RENOLIT HDCE 2 is formulated with a high-viscosity mineral base oil, lithium soap thickener, extreme pressure additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors, tackiness agents, 2.5% molybdenum disulphide, and 2.5% graphite solid lubricants. The combination of EP additives and solid lubricants provides outstanding protection where metal-to-metal contact occurs, making it especially suitable for excavator pins, bushes, hydraulic hammers, plain bearings, and heavy machinery components operating under shock loading and vibration.
