FUCHS RENOLIT HDCE 2 is a heavy-duty NLGI 1.5 extreme pressure (EP) grease specially designed for mining equipment, earthmoving machinery, construction equipment, quarrying machinery, heavy transport, agricultural equipment, and industrial applications exposed to shock loads, vibration, oscillating movement, and severe operating conditions. This high-performance lithium grease contains molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂) and graphite solid lubricants to provide exceptional load-carrying capacity, outstanding film strength, wear protection, and long-lasting lubrication for heavily loaded components.
FUCHS RENOLIT HDCE 2 is formulated with a high-viscosity mineral base oil, lithium thickener, extreme pressure additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors, tackiness agents, and solid lubricants. The combination of 2.5% molybdenum disulphide and 2.5% graphite improves protection during boundary lubrication conditions where metal-to-metal contact, shock loading, and low-speed oscillating movements occur. It is particularly suitable for mining and construction applications such as excavator pins, bushes, hammers, bucket pins, and heavy-duty plain bearings.
