Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40 SP is a premium fully synthetic engine oil formulated using Shell's advanced synthetic base oil technology and Active Cleansing Technology to help maintain engine cleanliness and provide long-lasting protection.
The latest API SP specification provides enhanced protection against modern engine challenges including:
- Low-speed pre-ignition (LSPI) in turbocharged petrol engines
- Timing chain wear
- Oxidation and deposit formation
- High-temperature engine stress
