FUCHS RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV is a premium NLGI 2 high-viscosity lithium complex extreme pressure (EP) grease designed for heavy-duty mining equipment, earthmoving machinery, construction equipment, quarry machinery, industrial bearings, pins and bushes, sliding surfaces, agricultural machinery, and applications exposed to extreme loads, shock loading, vibration, and harsh operating conditions. This high-performance molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂) grease provides exceptional load-carrying capacity, superior boundary lubrication, excellent water resistance, and long-lasting protection for heavily loaded components operating under severe conditions.
FUCHS RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV is formulated with a shear-stable lithium complex thickener, high-viscosity mineral base oil, extreme pressure additives, oxidation inhibitors, corrosion protection additives, and molybdenum disulphide solid lubricant. The MoS₂ additive provides additional protection during boundary lubrication conditions by reducing metal-to-metal contact, making it particularly suitable for high-load roller bearings, plain bearings, pins, bushes, ball joints, trunnions, and heavy mining machinery.
