FUCHS RENOLIT EPLITH 00 is a premium NLGI 00 lithium soap semi-fluid gear grease designed for enclosed gearboxes, worm gears, helical gears, bevel gears, industrial gear drives, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, mining equipment, and machinery requiring extended lubrication intervals. This specialty EP gear grease combines a highly refined mineral base oil with extreme pressure (EP) and oxidation-resistant additives to provide excellent load-carrying capacity, wear protection, long service life, and reliable lubrication under high-temperature and heavily loaded operating conditions.
FUCHS RENOLIT EPLITH 00 is formulated with lithium soap thickener, high-quality mineral oil, anti-oxidation additives, and extreme pressure additives to provide smooth operation and protection of gear teeth and mechanical components. Its semi-fluid NLGI 00 consistency allows excellent flow characteristics while reducing leakage compared with conventional gear oils, making it suitable for gearboxes that previously operated successfully with mineral gear oils. It has been successfully tested in worm, spiral bevel, helical, and straight-tooth gear applications.
