Description
Product Description
FUCHS RENAIR 68 is a premium mineral-based air compressor oil specially developed for rotary screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, rotary vane compressors, industrial air compressors, workshop compressors, manufacturing plants, pneumatic systems, and enclosed heat transfer systems. Formulated from carefully selected solvent-refined mineral base oils and advanced anti-wear and oxidation inhibitors, it delivers excellent oxidation stability, superior wear protection, minimal carbon formation, outstanding corrosion protection, excellent air release, good water separation, and extended oil service life under demanding operating conditions. It is also suitable for heat transfer applications in enclosed and cold expansion systems.
Features and Benefits
Excellent Oxidation Stability
Resists oxidation and thermal degradation, extending lubricant life while minimizing sludge, varnish, and carbon deposits.
Outstanding Wear Protection
Advanced anti-wear additives protect compressor bearings, rotors, pistons, and moving components under continuous operation.
Low Carbon Formation
Minimizes carbon and coke deposits on valves and discharge systems, improving compressor efficiency and reducing maintenance.
Excellent Corrosion Protection
Protects internal metal surfaces against rust and corrosion during operation and shutdown periods.
Good Air Release and Low Foaming
Provides rapid air release and excellent foam control, ensuring reliable lubrication and compressor efficiency.
Excellent Water Separation
Good demulsibility allows water to separate quickly from the lubricant, helping prevent corrosion and maintaining lubrication performance.
Long Service Life
Designed to provide extended oil drain intervals of up to 4,000 operating hours under normal operating conditions, subject to manufacturer recommendations.
