FUCHS RENOLIT POLIPLEX 1 is a premium NLGI 1 polymer-fortified lithium complex extreme pressure (EP) grease designed for heavy-duty bearings, mining equipment, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, transport vehicles, industrial machinery, and high-load lubrication applications. This advanced lithium complex grease provides excellent adhesion, high film strength, superior wear protection, extreme pressure performance, and long service life under high temperature, shock loading, vibration, and water contamination conditions.
FUCHS RENOLIT POLIPLEX 1 is formulated with a lithium complex thickener, specially selected mineral base oils, polymer technology, extreme pressure additives, anti-wear additives, rust inhibitors, and corrosion protection additives. The polymer-fortified formulation improves tackiness and grease film strength, helping the lubricant remain in place under severe mechanical stress and preventing grease squeeze-out in demanding applications.
