Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy
• If the product you receive is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately and return it to us within 14 days from the date your order was received. After we assess the item and agree that the item is faulty, you may choose to receive an exchange, credit or refund. Defective items will not be accepted back for refund or exchange after 14 days.
• Please note, refunds will not be given for incorrect sizing, incorrect ordering or change of mind. Refunds will only be issued for faulty or defective items.
• Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use or have had their tags removed or closures opened. All items must be returned in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.
• Please note: We are unable to accept returns for refund or exchange on items and products that have been custom made or special ordered.
• Additionally, all shipping charges incurred to exchange, return or refund an item(s), are the customers responsibility.
• Before returning an item, please contact us by phone or email with the following details:
1. Your invoice number
2. Your name and contact information
3. The name of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Shipping Policy:
Our business model is based on just-in-time order and due to wide range of products we do not keep stock, but order them from trusted suppliers upon receiving an order by customers. Thus, some orders may not be fulfilled for which we will issue a refund. We usually allow 5 to 7 business days to deliver goods to metro capital cities of Australia and 2 additional days for regional territories. We do not accept order cancellation in this time frame due to sales policies of our suppliers .
We do offer free delivery on some brands and products in Metro areas of Australian capitals. Please check your shipping method at the checkout to see if your purchase is covered by our free delivery offer.
