Marvell HVI 68 Hydraulic Oil (1000L IBC Shuttle)
High Viscosity Index Anti-Wear Hydraulic Fluid
Product Overview
Marvell HVI 68 Hydraulic Oil is a premium high-viscosity-index anti-wear hydraulic fluid engineered for modern mobile and industrial hydraulic systems operating under wide temperature fluctuations, high loads and severe duty cycles. Designed using highly refined base oils and advanced additive chemistry, Marvell HVI 68 provides exceptional viscosity stability, oxidation resistance and wear protection, ensuring consistent hydraulic performance in both cold-start and high-temperature environments.
Unlike conventional hydraulic oils, HVI 68 is formulated with viscosity index improvers that allow the oil to maintain stable viscosity across extreme temperature ranges. This ensures rapid cold-start flow combined with excellent high-temperature film strength, making it ideal for outdoor, mobile, mining, agricultural and construction equipment exposed to variable weather conditions and heavy mechanical stress.
The 1000-litre IBC format is ideal for workshops, plant fleets, mining operations, transport depots and large industrial users requiring bulk hydraulic oil supply with long service life and reliable system protection.

Key Features & Benefits
High Viscosity Index Technology
Maintains consistent oil thickness across extreme temperature variations, preventing sluggish cold-start response and thinning under heavy operating temperatures.
Superior Anti-Wear Protection
Advanced zinc-based anti-wear additives protect pumps, pistons, valves and actuators from metal-to-metal wear under high loads and pressures.
Outstanding Oxidation Stability
Resists breakdown, varnish and sludge formation, supporting longer oil life and cleaner hydraulic systems.
Excellent Water Separation & Demulsibility
Rapidly separates water contamination to prevent corrosion, cavitation and loss of lubrication performance.
Corrosion & Rust Protection
Protects ferrous and yellow metal components in humid, outdoor and high-condensation environments.
Low Foam & Fast Air Release
Ensures smooth actuator response, consistent pressure transfer and reduced pump cavitation.
Seal Compatibility
Compatible with common nitrile, fluorocarbon and polyurethane seal materials.
Extended Drain Intervals
Stable formulation allows longer service intervals, reducing downtime and total operating costs.
Applications
Marvell HVI 68 Hydraulic Oil is ideal for:
-
Mobile earthmoving equipment – excavators, loaders, graders, haul trucks
-
Agricultural machinery – tractors, harvesters, sprayers, loaders
-
Mining machinery – drills, crushers, conveyors, hydraulic power packs
-
Forestry and sawmill hydraulics
-
Marine deck hydraulics and offshore equipment
-
Industrial presses, injection moulders and hydraulic power units
-
Outdoor hydraulic installations exposed to temperature extremes
Not recommended for systems requiring fire-resistant, biodegradable or zinc-free hydraulic fluids.
